The cataract figure applies to self-pay (cash) patients only. If you have Medicare or insurance, cataract surgery is billed to your plan; contact the office about your benefits.
CTAK pricing is provided at your keratoconus exam. Epioxa cross-linking is offered with insurance approval only.
HELLO dry eye treatment and SuperLASIK pricing is given at your visit or VIP consult.
What the price includes
Our procedure prices include all exams, measurements, surgeon’s and anesthetist’s fees, implant fees where applicable, 24 months of follow-up, all fine-tunings and enhancements, dry eye care, YAG where applicable, and the drops needed for surgery.
Consults and exams
- SMILE Pro, SMILE, LASIK, PRK, LASEK, EVO ICL and PIE: a VIP consult, a surgery consultation focused on candidacy (not a comprehensive eye exam).
- VIP lifestyle exam: $395, a comprehensive eye exam with records, for self-pay patients only.
- VIP focused exam: $195, limited to one specific complaint, such as a stye or dry eye (self-pay).
- Pterygium: your Free VIP Photo and/or Video Consult.
- Keratoconus: the VIP lifestyle exam (self-pay) or an annual eye exam through insurance.
- Cataract with Medicare or insurance: a covered annual eye exam or medical evaluation. Self-pay cataract patients can book a VIP consult.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Vision surgery is an eligible medical expense in most plans. Check your plan details.
Do you take insurance?
